Olivia graduated from UMass Amherst with a Master of Science in Microbiology where she focused on Lyme disease research. She has experience working at an urgent care and substance use clinic. Currently, she is a Project Director at the Institute for Health Policy and Practice where she coordinated the former Partnership for Academic-Clinical Telepractice: Medication for Addiction Treatment Project ECHO® and currently coordinates the Substance Use Disorder ECHO series. She is also a member of the UNH Project ECHO Hub team. Olivia has experience in research, data collection and analysis, and event planning.
